1.4 - Defeat the Crystallized Golem(27661,20571,Lerena Island)

2. - Acquire a gold clasp infused with one's own body
2.1 - Acquire a Tapered Ruby
2.1.1 - Defeat Storm's Shadow(around 23860,19653,NE of South March)

2.2 - Acquire a Tapered Sapphire
2.2.1 - Abox of thoughts but smaller still(shrunken head,Pygmies,Dralk)
2.2.2 - Fills the veins from fangs and legs(spider venom,Spiders,Kion)
2.2.3 - Teeth that animate a metal form(pygmybot gear,Automaton,Rachival)
2.2.4 - Slime of those who walk without legs(Wraiths,Western Blighted Area)
2.2.5 - Speak to Lantenal

2.3 - Acquire a Tapered Emerald (Theed,23488,22112)
2.3.1 - Purchase the ring from Theed with 10 silver bars
2.3.2 - Or,add the ring to your hoard, then speak to Theed
2.3.3 - Or,return the ring to Kendra (whatever, just choose one of them)

2.4 - Speak to Semeneth
2.5 - Speak to Nezra, of Draak, and acquire an Etched Sapphire(30194,21756,Draak)
2.6 - Speak to Kalrenta, of Draak, and acquire an Etched Ruby(29704,21717,Draak)
2.6.1 - Defeat the Enslaver of Mind(around 30199,21486,Draak)
2.6.2 - Defeat the Enslaver of Will(around somewhere near,Draak)
2.6.3 - Defeat the Enslaver of Spirit(around 30198,21120,Draak)
2.6.4 - Speak to Kalrenta, with the tapered ruby in your posesssion

2.7 - Speak to Mesetha, of Draak, and acquire an Etched Emerald(29791,21861,Draak)
2.8 - Speak to Semeneth about creating the clasp

3. - Infuse the vessel with one's own mind

3.9 - Bring Gangaf five glass nodules(Consigner or dig yourself)
3.10 - Speak to Gangaf again(wait 5 mins)
3.11 - Get further instruction from Semeneth
3.12 - Create a Prismatic Focus at Top of the Druid Tower(19478,26283,Spellcraft 450)
3.13 - Charge your Crystal Orb with your Prismatic Focus(use your Prismatic Focus)

4. - Create a Statue of your Adult self
4.1 - Acquire 10 Obsidian Bricks(can be bought)
4.2 - Acquire the eye of a ghostly dragon(30129,21231,Draak,everywhere)
4.3 - Show the items to the Ancient dragon(Valkoth,22680,28926,Dralk)
4.4 - Craft an Obsidian Mirror
4.5 - Ask about the Peak of Storms
4.6 - Speak to the Hermit(21704,27814,Dralk)
4.7 - Speak to the Hermit again when you're prepared to visit the Pool of Teeth
4.8 - Travel to the Pool of Teeth(by a gate next to Hermit,14932,19625,not on map)
4.9 - Speak to the Hermit
4.10 - Visit Lantenal, Valkoth, or Semeneth with 30 granite bricks
4.11 - Create a self-portrait
4.12 - Return to the Hermit
4.13 - Fill the mold with lava from the Dralk shrine
4.14 - Cool the lava with water from the Chiconis Shrine

5. - Speak to Semeneth about creating your phylactery
6. - Create a phylactery embodying your spirit and self(Scalecraft 400)
7. - Create a Phylactery of Heavens
7.1 - Defeat Lem the Cold (29563,24343,Eastern Blighted Area,use your Phylactery on Lem, instant kill)
7.2 - Speak to Semeneth
7.3 - Defeat Seliena the Brilliant,while holding 20 glowing essence orbs(19275,26157,South of Druid Tower)
(use your Phylactery on Seliena,need times,about 20 sec to kill)

8. - Speak to Semeneth
9. - Travel the path to the top of the Peak of Storms
9.1 - Speak to Lantenal the Hermit(21704,27814,Dralk)
9.2 - Speak to Hethsa the Patient(end of the path,Peak of Storm)
