Dralk Ability Quests Lvl 40:

Xerix the Tooth and Claw Trainer - Kill 40 reanimated.
Note: Reanimated Dwarf Warriors near Aughundell do not count.
Harro: Head out of town west, and at the first split turn north. Around /PrintPos 27280,25300 there is a small camp of reanimated, and some roaming around the blight area there.
Zebegina the Scale Hardener - Kill 20 glowing wisps.
Harro: Run west out of harro, and leave the road when you pass the city wall. Hold close to the mountain on your right side, keep turning right until you have run past a very small forrest. 5-10 glowing wisp roams here, all lvl 40-53. /PrintPos 27660,24670

Luadius the Breath Accuracy Trainer - Kill 50 elf skeletons.
Note: Servers that have completed the Ethereal Substantiators may no longer have access to Elf Skeletons here and must locate the few rare Elf Skirmishers near Aughundell
Dalimond: Take the stone road out of town and head towards Tazoon. At the Y split take the left road and just after you pass the bridge you will come to a X split. Take the right road heading east, leading to Feladan a blighted area. After you enter the blight take the right road at the Y split and around /PrintPos 24816,23356 and along the road you will find plenty of elf skeletons lvl 40-42.

Severant the Drain Strike Trainer - Kill 50 frost pygmies.
Morning Light: Take the road going west out of town. At the Y split head right and follow the road until it starts heading straight north. After that you keep going straight north aiming for /PrintPos 27000,30000 which is just on the other side of a long ice tunnel. There you will see the first ice pygmies lvl 40-44, but most are found around a little further northeast.
Rykhar the Spiked Scales Trainer - Kill 50 tarantula.
Note: Grey Sacrificers and Grey Scavangers are the tarantulas. Note: If your server has freed Feladan, you will not find tarantulas near the first area suggested. Dalimond: Take the stone road out of town and head towards Tazoon. At the Y split take the left road and just after you pass the bridge you will come to a X split. Take the right road heading east, leading to Feladan a blighted area. After you enter the blight take the right road at the Y split and around /PrintPos 24816,23356 you will find a lot of grey scavengers and grey sacrificers, lvl 35-40. Further down the road there are more tarantulas.

Miemonus the Scalecraft Trainer - Craft 70 blighted iron bars.
Evenitas the Mining Trainer - Collect 100 blighted iron ore.

Heraxius the Gemworking Trainer - Craft 70 blighted amethyst.

Chiconis Ability Quests Lvl 40:

Lisandia the Primal Trainer - Kill 50 arbotus.
Selen: Head east out of town, and at the first possible chance, turn left (north) away from the road. Head in a north-northwestern direction until you come to a valley down below that looks semi-blighted (darkbrown area). Down there you will find arbotus lvl 35-40. /PrintPos 26765,23149

Aughundell: Head southeast out of town, and at the Y split take the left road heading northeast. Stay on the stone road until you come to a dust road on your right side. Around /PrintPos 26670,26330 you can find around 5-8 lvl 35-40 arbotus, and around /PrintPos 26690,25940 you can find around 10-15 lvl 35-40 arbotus.

Frall the Healing Trainer - Kill 50 werewolves.
Selen: Head east out of town, and at the first possible chance, turn left (north) away from the road. Head in a north-northwestern direction until you come to a valley down below that looks semi-blighted (darkbrown area). Down there you will find few random werewolves lvl 40-42, I got 16 one time and 8 another time. /PrintPos 26765,23149

Bentaras the Dragon Reach Trainer - Kill 50 gnome ghosts.
Aughundell: Head southeast out of town, left at the first Y split, left at the first dust road, stay on the dust road at the T split, head into the blight. At the blocked entrance head right and try to pass over the mountain, and head down onto the road again. Road stops and starts again, left at the Y split, and at the next Y split /PrintPos 26000,27500, I encountered the first gnome ghost. Head left from there and you will find lots of roaming ghost gnome's lvl 38-40.

Wintheria the Gold Rage Trainer - Kill 50 reanimated. Note: Reanimated Dwarf Warriors near Aughundell do not count.
Harro: Head out of town west, and at the first split turn north. Around /PrintPos 27280,25300 there is a small camp of reanimated, and some roaming around the blight area there.
Juquenas the Spellcraft Trainer - Craft 70 blighted slate bricks.

Kreig the Quarring Trainer - Collect 100 blighted slate slabs.

Tazoon Ability Quest Lvl 40:

Jynasix the Capacity Trainer - Create and Deliver 3 Quickening Breeze to Dragon Guards.
Dralk: Head Northwest out of town, When you pass the first guard post by the flame beetles, make a nearly 180 degree turn to the left. Go up the path and when it splits, take the right side. You will soon come to another guard post. Kesselan is found here at /PrintPos 22130,28951. Chiconus: The first guard here is easy to find. Rentalem is standing guard right next to the portal at /PrintPos 24276,21936. The second guard Hetherandess can be found by heading north from town to /PrintPos 24330,22367.
